After getting in touch, you will be asked to fill in a quick form so we can gather as much information around what you’re looking for from your portrait. This allows us to tailor your portrait session to you.

 

We will be in touch shortly after you’ve filled in your form via your preferred method of communication (phone call or email) to confirm shoot details, and to confirm your portrait shooting date.

 

A booking fee is required to secure your booking. The booking fee is taken off the cost of the final images, and refundable if your booking is cancelled up to 48 hours before the agreed photoshoot date.

We will travel within the London boundary free of charge.

We are happy to travel anywhere in the UK as long as travel expenses (including parking) are paid.

We have a fixed studio space in central London. Our studio is also fully mobile and can be brought to wherever you feel most comfortable. This can be your home, your workplace or any indoor space. 

 

As long it meets the following:

A minimum space of 2 x 2 meters to set up, ideally 2 x 3 meters or more.
A space that’s no more than 2 meters away from a working electrical plug socket.

 

If you would like the studio experience, you can come to us. It’s your call. We will ask what you prefer when you book.

Within 7 days of your portrait sitting you will receive a link to an online gallery.

 

This allows you to choose your favourite portraits out of all suitable photographs taken during your session.

 

Your professionally retouched portraits will be sent to you within 3 weeks of receiving  your preferred headshots.

A fully guided portrait sitting lasts approximately 45 minutes. However, we reserve an hour and a half for each session should you wish to retake the portraits for any reason.

 

If you are short on time we can execute a portrait sitting in 20 minutes. Although, we would always recommend a full-length session.

Your chosen portraits are edited in photoshop. However, we edit with integrity and like to focus on other factors, such as lighting, positioning and pose, in order to help you look your very best in your portraits.

Attend your sitting in clothes you would be happy to be photographed in.

 

If you’re unsure what to wear, we recommend dressing for the job you want, or wearing what you’d wear to a job
interview in your professional field.

 

One thing we’d like to note – try not to wear a similar colour to your chosen background. (E.g white shirt on white
background). Otherwise, may blend into the background.

This is not a service we offer, at present. We believe our portraits turn out best when our subjects wear minimal makeup.

Once you have filled out our booking page with your preferred date and time, we will be in touch to confirm your booking.

 

Our response will include a secure payment link for payment of the booking fee, which is required to secure your portrait session. This is subtracted from the final cost of the portrait.

 

The final payment for your portraits is taken after your portrait session online.

Of course! We can add more portraits to your order at almost anytime in the process. We just ask that you pay the difference between the amount of portraits you have and the amount you desire.

You will be sent a link to view your portraits within 7 days of your session. Your images will be waiting for you in a
password protected online gallery. This is where you will be able to select your preferred portraits from 100+
watermarked photographs captured during your sitting.

 

We will return your elegantly retouched portraits within 3 weeks of receiving your selections. They will be
available to download from your own private, online gallery for 1 month.

 

In a world where digital files are often lost, we will deliver your files on a USB pen drive – for added piece of
mind.

Of course! We will include each of your chosen images in both black and white and colour.

We require notification of any cancellations at least 24 hours before the agreed photoshoot date.

Images will be transferred to you, only once your payment for the photoshoot has cleared.

 

A booking fee is required whilst booking your portrait session and final payment for our service is taken after your portrait session online.

Yes, our studio is fully wheelchair accessible. We escort every client from the entrance and through the building, regardless of mobility needs.
