What is your role at Beauchamp Estates?
My role at Beauchamp Estates is heading the St John’s Wood Office. We are a boutique business focusing on a personal service to our clients. Making sure every sale and purchase is as smooth as possible. Over the years we have cultivated relationships with many ultra-high-net-worth individuals, and have sold exclusive properties throughout central London.
If you could pass on one piece of business advice, what would it be?
I would say the one piece of advice in business is to build and maintain trust with your clients. Treat them as you would like to be treated. Selling a property is stressful and if you can make someone’s journey easier by giving them the right advice, you will gain their trust and they will come back to you.
